Cancellation Policy
Let clients know when services open and close for bookings and how they can cancel or reschedule. To set it up, go to Booking Settings > Booking Policy in your dashboard.

Please advise your class or group to wear matching attire. This will help everyone be easily identified as part of your class or group and assist in keeping track of attendance. We also suggest wearing tennis shoes or boots.
Stay Together
Kindly remind your group to stay with their leader at all times. This will help ensure that everyone has fun and facilitates smooth coordination.
Group Up
For larger classes, we recommend assigning each teacher/chaperone to supervise a specific group of students/Attendece. This ensures that everyone receives adequate attention and support, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment.
Communacation
Our team will guide you in the right direction to kick off your field trip, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy all the park has to offer while learning along the way. Please let us know if you have any questions and when your group intends to depart, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Line Up
Please gather along the concrete entrance to review the park rules. This applies to all groups, and it's important that everyone is aware of the guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation!
Rain or Shine
Regardless of the weather, field trips will proceed as scheduled! We recommend wearing comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing. Tennis shoes or boots are advised. Thank you!
